Lorraine Little is a seasoned leadership and workforce development expert with over 22 years of experience across Oman and the Gulf, including six years within the oil and gas sector.
As Founder of Lorrelo, she leads a consultancy dedicated to unlocking leadership potential, strengthening organisational capability, and enhancing wellbeing and performance across industries.
Throughout her career, Lorraine has combined strategic insight with practical expertise to design and deliver national-scale talent systems. At Abraj Energy Services, she spearheaded the creation of a company-wide Competency Management System, achieving over 1,000,000 OMR in internal training cost savings and securing IADC accreditation for 74 job roles — the highest number regionally at the time.
Her work in the electricity sector involved co-leading four major competency-based management projects, developing and assessing more than 1,200 employees. She has also supported banking institutions in mapping role competencies and building assessment centre capabilities. Every initiative reflects her belief in tailored, sustainable transformation — delivered with precision and lasting impact.
An ICF-trained executive coach and Certified Professional Coach (Erickson), Lorraine has completed over 500 hours of coaching for leaders from team leads to C-suite executives. Her approach integrates principles from cognitive-behavioural and hypnotherapeutic practice to enhance resilience, wellbeing, and sustained performance — helping clients build focus, adaptability, and confidence under pressure.
Holding advanced qualifications in psychology, addiction studies, coaching, and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, Lorraine brings a rare blend of behavioural science, leadership strategy, and regional workforce expertise. She is a certified SQA Competency Assessor and Internal Verifier, with multiple international certifications across leadership, coaching, and education.

Professor Mark Neal, PhD, is an accomplished trainer and expert in high-performance leadership and management. He formerly served as Programme Director of the Masters in International Management (MENA) at SOAS, University of London, and has held academic leadership positions at Khalifa University (UAE), Sultan Qaboos University (Oman), and the American University of Iraq, Baghdad.
He has also served as Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Management at the Asian Institute of Technology (Thailand) and as a Distinguished Professor at Woxsen University (India), ranked #5 for MBA programmes by Bloomberg.
Mark focuses on delivering highly interactive, practical, and engaging workshops on transformational and sustainable leadership, leveraging AI in leadership, team leadership, and managing succession. He also facilitates sessions on workplace power and politics, self-presentation, building confidence, and organisational scale-up.
