Change begins with calm awareness. At Lorrelo, our Wellbeing & Therapy sessions offer a supportive, collaborative space to explore what’s holding you back and to develop new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding. Blending coaching, cognitive-behavioural methods, and hypnotherapy, we help you quiet the mind, reduce tension, and build the confidence to live with greater balance and ease.
At Lorrelo, wellbeing is seen as more than the absence of stress or anxiety — it’s the ability to meet life’s challenges with balance, focus, and self-awareness. Our approach draws on coaching, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and hypnotherapy techniques, offering a practical, evidence-based path toward lasting change.
Each session is a collaborative process. You remain fully in control as we work together to understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours interact, and how new ways of thinking and responding can be developed. Cognitive-behavioural methods help you recognise unhelpful patterns; coaching builds clarity, motivation, and resilience; and hypnotherapy enhances relaxation, focus, and receptivity to positive change.
Contrary to common myths, hypnotherapy is not about losing control or being “put under” — it’s a natural, focused state of awareness where your mind becomes calmer and more open to constructive suggestions. In this state, you learn skills for deep relaxation, emotional regulation, and self-confidence that you can use long after the session ends.
Our work together is grounded in research and shaped around your goals — whether that’s managing stress, improving sleep, overcoming anxiety, or breaking unhelpful habits. The aim is simple: to help you strengthen your inner resources, restore equilibrium, and move forward with clarity and calm.
