Menopause and perimenopause can bring a range of physical and emotional changes—from hot flushes and disrupted sleep to anxiety, low energy, and shifts in confidence.
This one-to-one programme uses a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy approach to help you better understand these changes and develop practical ways to manage them.
The focus is not on eliminating symptoms entirely, but on reducing their impact—so they feel more manageable, less overwhelming, and less in control of your day-to-day life.
Menopause and Perimenopause Support Programme (1:1)
8-Session Structured Support Programme
This programme provides personalised, one-to-one support for women experiencing menopause or perimenopause. It combines cognitive behavioural techniques with hypnotherapy to address both the physical experience of symptoms and the emotional and psychological impact.
The approach is practical, structured, and tailored to your individual needs.
Understanding menopause and how symptoms develop
Managing hot flushes and reducing escalation
Improving sleep and returning to sleep after waking
Reducing anxiety and overthinking
Building confidence and managing self-consciousness
Developing practical tools to support day-to-day wellbeing
The programme is delivered over 8 sessions:
Session 1 (1.5 hours): Assessment, understanding menopause, and initial calming techniques
Sessions 2–7 (1 hour): Focused work on symptom management, sleep, thoughts, and confidence
Session 8 (1 hour): Consolidation and personalised coping plan
Each session builds on the previous one, while remaining flexible to your individual needs.
We focus on how thoughts, emotions, and the body interact.
While menopause symptoms are real and often unavoidable, the way we respond to them can either increase or reduce their impact. This programme helps you:
feel more in control of your responses
reduce distress linked to symptoms
develop tools you can use in everyday situations
A calm, confidential one-to-one space
Practical tools you can use between sessions
Optional audio recordings to support relaxation and sleep
A structured approach tailored to you
This programme provides psychological support and is not a medical treatment. If appropriate, support can be given in preparing for discussions with your GP or healthcare provider
You don’t have to feel overwhelmed by these changes. With the right support, you can learn how to manage symptoms more calmly, sleep more easily, and move through this stage with greater confidence and ease.
